Core Offerings

We focus on what we know has impact. We are keen to see organisations get effective returns from their investment. We have a limited number of standard offerings because our experience and research shows that these are the offerings which have the biggest impact and make a real difference.

Like the Paretto 80/20 principle we know that a limited number of offerings can have a big impact.

Based on our experience we could do lots of different activities, but we have found these core offerings answer the majority of leadership development challenges.

Pricing

Our pricing is as clear as our approach. We charge a day rate for development activities based on one facilitator and up to 8 people. If you want more people to attend, we add more facilitators. Where diagnostic tools are used these will incur additional charges to administer.

Venues:

  • We take a flexible approach to venues because we think learning needs to meet your specific needs. If you want to run this programme at your own venue or at an external venue we will work with you on the logistics of arranging it. We work with a range of external learning venues according to your location, budget and expectations.
  • We can alternatively arrange an external venue for you .
