Dale has an MSc in Executive Coaching from The University of Portsmouth where he focussed on the impact of culture on conversations. He is also a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD).
He is a qualified practitioner with the British Psychological Society for Assessment and Behaviour and accredited with a range of psychometric tools including NEO, TDi LSi, Styles and Climates Assessment and Leadership Styles Assessment.
Dale is also accredited as a Master Facilitator, Creative Problem Solving Practitioner, Human Instincts practitioner and accredited with tools from Human Synergistics International and KornFerry group.
Doug Chapman is a multilingual L&D specialist with experience in training consultancy, design, delivery and L&D account management.
Doug has been involved in learning and development for over 15 years and most recently was the Head of Leadership Capability for Thales UK where he was responsible for a capability line exceeding £4 million.
Doug has designed and delivered leadership performance programmes for a range of organisations in the public and private sectors for major engineering, construction, hospitality, travel, financial services and automotive sector organisations. These bespoke programmes often have a range of interventions and learning approaches.
Doug also helped Thales redevelop their graduate development scheme into a 2 year development journey leveraging principles of followership, which in turn supports the leadership pipeline of Thales.
Doug is a highly experienced facilitator and is accredited in MBTi, Belbin, ICPM, Helping Clients Succeed, Teamscapes and is an ILM Level 5 qualified coach.
